1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Due to high demand, please note that advance booking is necessary a minimum of five days prior to arrival at the hotel. Bookings are subject to availability so please await confirmation before arriving at the hotel.

This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use. Vouchers are valid until the date shown on the voucher and cannot be extended. Guests must be over 18 years of age and show proof of ID when redeeming vouchers including alcohol. An alternative soft drink can be provided in replacement of the gin. House gin will be available with a selected mixer. Premium gins are available for a small supplement.

For the wellbeing of guests and colleagues, the dining experience may feel a little different however, we have all the right measures in place to keep our guests and employees safe. To give extra peace of mind during this time, if you are unable to use your voucher due to Government restrictions, we will happily amend the date of your booking, free of charge, as long as 48 hours notice or more is given. Amendments will only be accepted under the guidance of the Government and under no other circumstances.
